Rockyspin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rossobash SRL, the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica that operates Rockyspin. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Rockyspin in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, and you must update that information promptly if it changes. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts across the same person, household, IP address, or device are not allowed and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances. You must not register or play on behalf of another person. We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any time, and we reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that does not meet these requirements or that we reasonably believe has been opened in breach of these terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, and Tron. The minimum deposit is approximately €25, though the exact threshold varies by country and payment method; a minimum deposit of €20 qualifies for welcome bonus eligibility. All payment instruments must be personally owned and registered in your name; deposits made from shared, business, or third-party accounts may be confiscated. Cryptocurrency deposits below the per-coin minimum displayed on the deposit page cannot be returned. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and chosen method. Withdrawal limits are set at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at base loyalty rank, with higher caps available at elevated loyalty tiers; current limits are displayed in the Cashier. Wins exceeding €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours on the casino side, with cryptocurrency payouts typically completing within approximately 24 hours end to end; card payouts are routed via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, and acceptance by the issuing bank is not guaranteed. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, and full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Active deposited funds must be wagered three times before a withdrawal request will be approved.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published alongside that offer, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise. Casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, and the welcome package bonuses are sticky, meaning the bonus amount is not separable from your balance until wagering is complete. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from welcome bonus winnings is ten times the bonus value; Free Spin winnings are capped at €50. Welcome and reload bonuses are valid for seven days from the date of issue; Free Spins are delivered within three days of qualifying and are valid for seven days. Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature rounds contribute 50%, live roulette and blackjack each contribute 10%, instant win games contribute 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live casino games contribute 0%. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time, and entering a promotional code when the welcome package is active will void that package. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close an account where we identify bonus abuse, advantage play, or breach of these conditions.

Responsible Gambling

Dispute Resolution

We will provide an initial response within seven days and a final resolution within thirty days of receiving the complaint. In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, the server logs held by Rossobash SRL constitute the authoritative record. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the procedure described on our Dispute Resolution page.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of Rockyspin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
